We have always been careful to cater for the particular requirements of our guests, needs which vary with the occasion. We seek to ensure that each individual with particular dietary requirements can still experience culinary delights which will take into account the various cultural backgrounds, religious affiliations, medical needs or life choices. Guests whose religious practices prohibit or limit the consumption of certain foods will be able to satisfy their nutritional needs through a specifically designed menu.

Food intolerance is an increasing problem, in particular that experienced by celiacs, and for that reason we have paid particular attention to the issue and offer a number of gluten free dishes for those affected by this problem.

Vegetarian menus are also available as are menus for children.
